Privacy Policy — N8N Automation and Highlight Vault

This privacy policy covers my private automation tools: N8N Automation, used for Grace Note Inspirations YouTube analytics and workflow management, and the Highlight Vault Google Chrome extension, used to save user-selected highlights and related page information.
These tools are for personal/internal use and are not sold or offered as a public consumer service.
Information accessed
With permission, N8N Automation may access:
- Grace Note Inspirations YouTube channel identity and video metadata
- YouTube Analytics data, including views, watch time, likes, comments, subscribers, audience data, traffic sources, retention, and revenue-related metrics when authorized
- OAuth credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection
Highlight Vault may access:
- Text the user explicitly selects
- The title and URL of the page associated with that selection
- User-created notes, tags, and saved highlights
Highlight Vault does not intentionally collect general browsing history, passwords, payment information, or page content that the user does not select.
How information is used
Information is used only to:
- Monitor and analyze Grace Note Inspirations YouTube performance
- Produce internal reports and workflow automations
- Store and organize user-selected highlights and notes
- Improve personal content research and production workflows
Google data is not used for advertising, sold, rented, or used to determine credit, insurance, employment, or eligibility decisions.
Storage and sharing
Data may be stored in my private n8n automation system, local systems, or other secured storage used to operate these tools. Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary for the requested Google, YouTube, n8n, or storage functionality.
OAuth credentials are stored separately from ordinary workflow data and are not intentionally disclosed.
Data retention and deletion
Data is retained only as long as needed for these personal workflows. Authorized Google access can be revoked at any time through the user’s Google Account security settings. Saved Highlight Vault data may be deleted from the extension’s storage or by contacting:
